When stale SLO are present, the total number of SLOs displayed on the overview does not match the total number of SLOs displayed.
This is because an SLO can be considered healthy/violated/degrading and stale at the same time, since stale is simply a function of when the last update was performed, not an actual first class SLO status.
To account for this, we should filter out stale SLOs before calculating overview stats for healthy, violated, and degrading.
