For Dashboards, we already have the option to turn margins off if you go to Settings > Use margins between panels:

Without margins:
Removing the @elastic/kibana-presentation tag
For dashboards, @Heenawter yes I am aware of the without margins features but that's not enough. As we are using Elastic for IT Monitoring/Observability, we want to add as many visualizations as possible onto one screen. Here are examples what competitors can do with their dashboards:

Describe the feature:
UI that maximizes the presentation of relevant information on a single screen/page, minimizing the need for constant scrolling or page clicks.
This is for all parts of Kibana UI like Synthetics, Alerts, Dashboards,
Alerts:
More alerts appear:
Synthetics:
More monitors appear:
Dashboards:
More visualizations appear:
Describe a specific use case for the feature: We, active Elastic users, are increasing the number of rules/monitors/visualizations/dashboards being created, As more data is added to Kibana, clicking through pages and scrolling is getting tedious. Although the zoom levels in Kibana cannot be changed, I suggest making UI more information-concise.
