Preconditions:

1. 8.16.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. New User should be created with above defined role.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with the above user.
2. Navigate to Integrations>Nginx>Add Nginx.
3. Observe Add Nginx button is disabled.
4. Observe message only includes Integrations/Fleet- All and no information for required sub features permission is available.

Expected Result: Sufficient permissions missing message to add Sub Feature permissions should be visible while adding integration for user role Integrations/Fleet: All and Sub Features: None.
