[Synthetics] Bad loading state for grouped monitor cards on overview page #191649

Describe the bug:

After grouping the monitors on the overview page, if I choose to sort by status, or alphabetically, etc., there is a janky loading state where the cards are rendered empty and very narrow.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create some monitors
  2. Group them by an attribute
  3. Change the sort order
  4. See the loading state

Expected behavior:

The page should render a more pleasing loading state.
