[APM][Otel] Add synthtrace scenarios to test with otel data

The goal of this issue is to create some scenarios using data in the Otel format.

While this issue is still in progress we can try to modify the data to satisfy the UI needs and try to test with it while waiting for it to be done

AC:

Create Otel Client in synthtrace and a scenario (partially done in https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/192293 )
Refactor and improve the client to support more customizations and all the Otel fields
The data created should be visible in the UI (some issues are expected with the current kibana main version like the waterfall might not load)
