[ML] Single metric viewer: forecast deselection/deletion should be permitted in the UI #192301

Describe the feature:

Single Metric Viewer forecasting flow should allow deselecting or deletion of forecasts.

We can add a delete action to the table to delete forecasts like so:

@alvarezmelissa87 sounds good! Should we consider bulk selection/deletion in this case? I'm not sure how extensive this list gets but if it is long we should consider adding bulk actions too.
