[Fleet]: On duplicating an Agent Policy with having multiple spaces, only `Default` policy is getting copied under new copy of Agent Policy. #192833

Kibana Build details: VERSION: 8.16.0 BUILD: 78245 COMMIT: b5dcc0db8dc72e25fcda6894ed6f24b6959b15b3

Preconditions:

  1. 8.16.0 or above Kibana should be available.
  2. Agent Policy with Multiple Spaces should be created.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Management -> Fleet -> Agent Policies
  2. For the prerequisite Agent Policy having multiple Spaces, click on ... icon under Actions column.
  3. Click on Duplicate Policy and wait for new copy of Policy to be created.
  4. Open new copy of Agent Policy.
  5. Navigate to Settings Tab.
  6. Observe that only Default Space is copied and rest of the spaces are removed.

Expected Result: All the assigned Spaces must be available under new Copy of Agent Policy after Duplicating Agent Policy.
