[NL-to-ESQL] add query rewriting / summary generation #193264

ATM, we're directly using the input (either the input or the messages parameters) from the parameters.

We should experiment with query rewriting to see if extracting / rephrasing the relevant part of the conversation improves the efficiency of the task.
