[Inventory][ECO] Use ControlGroupRenderer to filter by entity types #193397

On https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/192329 we decided to implement a simpler version with EuiComboBox. The end goal though is to have the entity type filter using ControlGroupRenderer as on the Hosts page.
