Summary

There's one more test that fails on 8.15 + chrome 128/129

@davismcphee - this is the last issue that only seems to have come up in 8.15. Let's either skip it to give you time to fix, or suggest why this is possibly not working on chrome 129 like it does on main/8.x and I can fix on this branch.
