[Lens][Gauge] chart area overflows its boundaries for major arc and full circle #193946

Browser version: Chrome 129

Describe the bug:

This bug was detected by the FTR update to Chrome 129 here but I've managed to reproduce also locally with Chrome 129:

It only affects Gauge major arc and full circle mode. Could not reproduce with other gauge shapes nor other chart types.

This test is flaky, but it's caused by the problem described by this issue. Whoever takes on this issue, please check if the test isn't skipped and unskip if necessary while solving this 🙏🏼
