[Fleet][Enhancement]: Error Page is displayed on unassigning policy from the current space.

Preconditions:

1. 8.16.0 or above Kibana should be available.
2. Agent Policy should be created.
3. Two or more space should be created.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the Space1.
2. Navigate to Agents Tab > Agent Policies Tab.
3. Select any agent policy and go to Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Spaces section and click the dropdown list.
5. Unassign Space1 from the policy.
6. Save the Agent Policy
7. Observe that Error Page is displayed on unassigning policy from the current space.

• User should navigate to agent policies tab on saving after 'unassigning current space from agent policy' changes.
• Or Page should display "Policy is no more accessible to this Space".
