[Fleet] use Display beta integrations toggle to hide experimental integrations #193959

Describe the feature: At the moment, beta integrations are not displayed when Display beta integration is toggled off However experimental integrations are displayed

Example repro at time using latest 8.15 Image

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Assuming experimental integration is similar to Beta as in not GA yet and potentially not Beta yet, it may be good to filter out experimental integrations when beta out are filtered out
