Snapshot Restore Bug: Missing Data Display in Kibana due to Failed Repository Connection #194112

Kibana version: 8.15.2

Elasticsearch version: 8.15.2 Server OS version: Elastic Cloud

Describe the bug: When having two repositories configured and one is unavailable /app/management/data/snapshot_restore/snapshots only an errormessage is shown but no data.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Configure two snapshot repositories but one wich fails to connect to
  2. go to /app/management/data/snapshot_restore/snapshots

Expected behavior: When having two repositories configured and one is unavailable /app/management/data/snapshot_restore/snapshots should show the data from working repositories + notify with an error message.
