Describe the bug See what's new in Prebuilt Security Detection Rules link on Add Elastic Rules page works with clicking anywhere on the blank space available on the right side of the page.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0
BUILD: 78613

Pre-Conditions

1. Kibana v8.16.0 should be available.
2. Few rule should be available for adding to Kibana.

Steps

1. Navigate to Security -> Rules -> Detection rules (SIEM).
2. Click on Add Elastic rules option.
3. Observe that If user click on the blank space available to the right side of See what's new in Prebuilt Security Detection Rules link, user is able to navigate to the link.

Expected Result See what's new in Prebuilt Security Detection Rules link should be only accessible from specified link URL and not from the blank space available right next to the link.
