Describe the bug Under Custom Dashboards for Security Dashboard, tag filter as Security Solution does not shows all Dashboards in results.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0
BUILD: 78613
COMMIT: 86dbb8542821cd398090d8fbb9dc5dfaefd4e0a4

Pre Conditions

1. Kibana v8.16.0 snapshot build be must be available
2. Create a Custom Dashboard with Tag as Security Solution

Steps

1. Navigate to Security -> Dashboards.
2. Scroll down to `Custom Dashboards section.
3. In Search bar, Search for tag:("Security Solution") .
4. Observe that all the Custom Dashboards with Tag applied as Security Solution are not visible under results.

Expected Result

• All the Custom Dashboard with having particular tag should be visible in results on searching for a particular Tag.
