We have the opportunity to make some breaking changes to the notes api with the 9.0.0 release.

the timelineId property should be renamed savedObjectId to be more generic
the eventId property should be renamed documentId to be more generic
it would be nice to rename the current endpoints to better follow a typical CRUD REST api
