Description

Focus stays on the Errored Actions cell when I click and open the Errored Actions modal on the Rule Detail, Execution history sub-tab. Screenshot attached below.

Steps to recreate

Open a Rule detail, Execution History sub-tab
Navigate to the data grid using TAB key
Press Enter on an Errored Actions cell, then press Tab to focus the button, and press Enter again to open the modal
Verify focus is not on the modal by pressing Tab again

@maryam-saeidi @benakansara @cnasikas do any of you know where this "Execution history" component comes from in a rule management page? I suspect this isn't something we've coded custom in observability, so we may need to punt this change over to whoever maintains this component.

@jasonrhodes The "Execution history" component comes from the RuleEventLogList component exposed by the triggers_actions_ui owned by the ResponseOps team. I do not have access to change the labels. Could you please add the ResponseOps label and add it to our project (Appex: ResponseOps Team board)?

@1Copenut hello, where have you been logging a11y issues that aren't for observability, specifically? This issue is for Kibana platform so I'm not sure the best way to "transfer" it for them. Thanks.
