[Elastic Obs AI Assistant] Problem with closing chat flyout #195559

Kibana version: 8.15.2

Elasticsearch version: 8.15.2

Server OS version: Elastic Cloud 8.15.2 on GCP Belgium

Browser version: Latest Chrome 129.0.6668.71 (Build officiel) (arm64) on mac os x Sonoma Apple M2 Macbook Pro

Describe the bug: I have to click on the cross X several time to close the Elastic AI Obs Assistant Flyout with a weird effect. See attached video https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b71c89e4-0719-4454-b2ec-972b14ad519b

Expected behavior: A straight forward closing of the flyout
