Description
Errors should be clear and meaningful and accessible for any user (for the ones using only keyboard as well) in order to understand what is wrong.
Preconditions
Stateful Home page (Overview) is opened.
Unable to connect to Enterprise Search warning section is present.
Steps to reproduce
1.Using only keyboard navigate to Import data button (in Ingest your content section) by pressing Tab key.
2.Press Tab key.
3.Press Tab key.

Actual Result
Focus (navigation) moves from one link to another, code block with an error is skipped.
Expected Result
After host URL link, the next element which should get focus and be accessible is code block with the error.
Notes:
Unable to connect to Enterprise Search warning section wasn't present on the webpage first time after creating hosted deployment for Stateful Search solution (10.07), it appeared on 10.08.
