[Observability] Add Full Stack Monitoring Solutions #196022

Describe the feature:

Add monitoring overview dashboards to observability's out of the box solutions.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: When it comes to out of the box solutions, Elastic lacks with providing health overview of all components in a tech stack. Elastic should dedicated dashboards like "Database Monitoring" , "Network Monitoring" similar to "Hosts" and "APM". Elastic can use the data from Beats/Integrations to create these dashboards and provide them as out of the box solutions. This would provide "full stacK" observability. Another reason for this is, Elastic is falling behind other observability solutions.
