[Stateful: Indices Overview page] Code block scroll bar cannot be scrolled while using screen reader and keyboard

Description Element behavior should be the same while using keyboard with or without screen reader. In case It is not possible to make it behave the same way, alternative should exist.

Preconditions Stateful Indices Overview page is opened. Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to code block while using only keyboard by pressing Tab key in Ingest Data section. 2.Press (and hold) down arrow key. 3.Observe code block.

UI elements

Actual Result

• Scroll bar cannot be scrolled down. The same if user presses up arrow key - cannot be scrolled up.

Expected Result

• When pressing down arrow key - scroll bar scrolls down (when up arrow key - scrolls up).

Notes: Without screen reader it works fine - can be scrolled by pressing up/down arrow keys.
