Describe the bug Path is wrong in message for Security module under AI Assistant when RBAC privilege for AI Assistant is set to NONE

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0
BUILD: 79314
COMMIT: 5575428dd3aef69366cddb4ccf07a2a26d30ce48

Steps

1. Kibana version 8.16.0 or above should exist
2. Create a user with below config: RBAC privilege should be set as below
   • AI Assistant : NONE
3. Login with the new user created
4. Navigate to Stack management under Management section
5. Navigate to Kibana >> AI Assistants
6. Click on Manage settings for Elastic AI Assistant for Security
7. Observe the path mentioned for the change in privilege is shown as: Spaces > Features. However, the path should be 'Stack Management > Roles'

Expected Result The path should be correct for user reference
