Describe the bug License management link does not navigate to the mentioned path

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0
BUILD: 79314
COMMIT: 5575428dd3aef69366cddb4ccf07a2a26d30ce48

Steps

  1. Kibana version 8.16.0 or above should exist
  2. Downgrade the license to Basic or Gold
  3. Navigate to Attack Discovery tab under Security section
  4. Click on the link for: 'Manage license'
  5. Validate the user is navigated to Stack management tab.
  6. The license management is not available under Stack management sub sections as well

Expected Result The navigation path should be correct for license management

@muskangulati-qasource, how did you downgrade this license? License downgrades and license management pages are not available in cloud deployments. Users would never be able to get to that screen.

I have downgraded the license via Dev console.

Thanks for confirming.

I don't think this would be valid for cloud deployments, but @peluja1012 we should ensure that the link to valid with the new nav for on-prem clusters.
