[ResponseOps][MW] Remove the save/load queries from the KQL filters #197533

Currently, when creating an MW you can add filters that refine the scope of the maintenance window. A KQL bar is available to add the filters. The KQL bar offers the ability to save/load queries but the feature is not working in the MW form. We should remove them at the moment and revise in the future if are needed.
