Lens Powered By ES|QL Design Exploration

With all Lens visualizations soon to be powered by ES|QL queries, explore design concepts that:

Merge/cannibalize all Lens visualization features into the Dashboard and Discover apps, with Lens no longer existing as a standalone app.
Dashboard visualization types no longer distinguish between ES|QL and Lens visualizations. They are to be merged into one visualization type.
Expect there to be two modes of visualization editing: quick select (easy) and ES|QL query (advanced).
Allow each individual visualization layer to be powered by its own ES|QL query (rather than one query for the entire visualization).
Consider replacement/removal of custom formulae for Lens visualizations with ES|QL queries.
