[Observability Onboarding] Extend "Prerequisites" step for Firehose quickstart #198346

Follow up after https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/197840

We need to clearly state that in order for some AWS services to properly ingest logs/metrics using out Firehose flow, they might require additional configuration. For example EC2 instances require CloudWatch agent to collect all the needed metrics for our pre-defined dashboards.

AWS Integration docs have additional information about specific AWS services and how to configure them to work with our AWS assets.
