[Obs AI Assistant] Inconsistent behaviour when navigating to a conversation from contextual insights

The "Navigate to conversation" behaviour from a chat started from contextual insights, opens up a blank conversation in the AI Assistant app, instead of opening up the conversation from contextual insights.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a chat from contextual insights (The AI Assistant flyout will open with the initial messages)
2. Click on Navigate to conversation.
3. The AI Assistant app is opened with a blank/new conversation.

Expected behavior: The same conversation from contextual insights should be loaded instead of a new conversation.

Suggestion:

• If we are unable to load the initial messages from contextual insights within the AI Assistant app (similar to the AI Assistant flyout), maybe we should probably disable "Navigate to conversation" for this use case.
