[APM] Service Map Views #198867

Describe the feature: Be able to move objects of the service map as saved views.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Service Maps tend to default to how they are mapped but with complex applications, we might want to move connect objects around. By implementing this feature, you can save the location of connected objects in their custom order.
