[ResponseOps][MW] Show active MWs in the rule details page #199520

The rule details page does not show any information about active MW that affect the current rule. We should show the active MWs that affect the current rule.

DoD

As a user, when reviewing a rule page, I'd like to see if there are active MW that detect alerts associated with this Rule. e.g: when reviewing rule X when 10 alerts are matched to the MW, so I want to navigate to this MW directly from the Rule view so I'll be able to exclude the rule id using the filter.
