Describe the feature: Add the option to include a line border between visualizations when using "No Margins" between panels Example: Image

Describe a specific use case for the feature: We have been leveraging dashboards with no margins due to limited dashboard space. The no margins work as expected, but they confuse the user when panels blend too much, and no boundaries are made. Here some examples of how it blends to well: Image
