Testing that we shouldn't allows users to access to Auto Import with the Security Essentials tier in Serverless.

I tried this out on as serverless project after downgrading to Essentials, so it looks like the checks restricting as expected:

Yeah. Just to make sure we have a regression for any future RBAC changes.
