There are some elements that should be fixed in place when a user scrolls an investigation.

There should be a fixed sub heading at the top of the investigation page with the following components
- The time picker
- Maybe the events timeline since it has the only x-axis on the page?
- Anything else? TBD with @maciejforcone and @drewpost
