User can add a screenshot amongst notes
Screenshot should be stored in Elasticsearch (we do this in Synthetics so we can copy however it's done there, probably?)
Added screenshots are displayed inline with other notes, sized accordingly
Clicking on an added screenshot shows it large (in new tab just as the file reference? in a modal? whatever is easiest, let's talk to Maciej/Drew too)
Stretch goal: drag and drop onto notes field work to upload screenshot as well
