[Synthetics] Broken layout on step details drill down - button hidden #200921

Kibana version: 9.0.0-SNAPSHOT

Elasticsearch version:

Browser version: Chrome

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

Describe the bug: Button to drill down into synthetics journey step details is hidden in the overflow. This behaviour is independent of the screen size or zoom level.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Sythetics journey
  2. On the steps overview on the left trying to deep dive into the step details

Expected behavior: Button should be visible to navigate into the synthetics step details.
