Posture Evaluation Status Missing Without Saved Object Read Privileges

Describe the bug

Users without Saved Object read privileges do not see the "Posture evaluation underway" message after installing the CSPM integration and waiting for findings. This leads to confusion as there's no indication that the evaluation is in progress.

Preconditions

1. Serverless environment.
2. User with custom minimum read or write permissions:
   • Kibana Privileges: Lacks Saved Object read privileges.

To Reproduce

1. Log in to the Serverless environment with the user described above.
2. Install the CSPM integration.
3. Navigate to the Cloud Security Posture Dashboard or Benchmarks page while findings are being generated.
4. Observe that the "Posture evaluation underway" message is not displayed.

Expected behavior

• The application should display the "Posture evaluation underway" message regardless of the user's Saved Object privileges.
• Users should be informed about the status of the posture evaluation process.
