Kibana version: main

Describe the bug: While on smaller screen the menu with actions is available after clicking this 3x3 grid icon: Image

However after selecting one option the popover doesn't hide. you can only hide it manually clicking on the icon again. A quick video: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/58a794d1-2ba3-4d85-92f8-12678446e309

Steps to reproduce: 1) Resize window or select responsive view in dev tools 2) Open mentioned menu (for example in Discover or Lens) 3) Select any option (which does not redirect you anywhere)

Expected behavior: the popover should hide after selecting an option
