[Search:Behavioral Analytics page] Duplicate announcement of the button title due to tooltip

Description It is enough for user to hear the same information once upon reaching element. In this case title of the button and button. Especially for the users using assistive technology.

Preconditions Stateful Behavioral Analytics page is opened. Collection is added. Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Date picker quick select by pressing Tab key. 2.Press Enter. 3.Navigate to arrow buttons (Next time window button). 4.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• Announcement is duplicated "Next time window button Next time window". Same with Previous time button.

Expected Result

• Only element is announced for the user, without tooltip "Next time window button".
