[Data Views] [Field Formatters] Improve color field formatter UX #202620

Improvements were made to the color picker for the data views color field formatter in #201676, but there were additional design suggestions in the original issue to improve the overall UX of the color formatter: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/123527#issuecomment-1067087684.

This issue is for tracking the remaining work to update the color formatter UI to look like the provided mockup: Image
