[SIEM] Not translated into Japanese #39877

Kibana version: 7.2.0 Elasticsearch version: 7.2.0 Steps to reproduce:

  1. i18n(ja-JP) settings in Kibanaedit.
  2. kibana start!
  3. SIEM click.

Not translated into Japanese

I've actually checked the SIEM app this yesterday and it is fully localized in code. We do have SIEM translated in 7.x, 7.2.1, 7.3 and master in both japanese and chinese.

Note that we send the translations file to the translators 1/2 weeks before FF and we usually receive it a few days before the FF date.

I did a quick tour around kibana SIEM app to double check, images captured from master:

I believe this issue can be closed, unless there are other concerns i'm overlooking.
