[Kubernetes Dashboards] Update Hostpicker to use kubernetes.node.name #52540

Currently the host picker relies on host.hostname but that isn't always set if the process is running as a container and metrics are collected from a single metricbeat. If the dashboard was updated to pick a host using the kubernetes.node.name provided by the metadata it would work better.
