[Remote clusters] Cannot edit/delete remote cluster created through Console #57110

Currently, the remote clusters UI only allows specifying seeds and the skip_unavailable setting. Per the docs, there are several other allowed remote cluster settings.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a remote cluster in Console and specify the compress setting.
  2. Navigate to the remote clusters UI and attempt to edit or delete the remote cluster.
  3. Note cannot edit or delete the remote cluster
