[Meta] Update sample data sets and associated saved objects to support ECS & solutions

I'm opening this issue as a meta issue to start tracking the replacement of sample data sets in Kibana.

The sample data sets we have are great and have been very successful in engaging new users to Kibana and the stack. At this point however, they are a bit outdated and we should replace them to better support our Enterprise Search, Observability and Security initiatives. In addition to this, each data set should meet the following requirements.

Requirements

• Use the Elastic Common Schema
• Support one or multiple machine learning capabilities
• Have a geolocation field (likely geo_point)
• Multiple saved objects: Dashboard, visualizations, Canvas workpad, map, saved search, saved query, simple alerts (for annotations in TSVB), etc.
• Realistic data for solution applications
• Take advantage of new analytic features and functionality (saved queries, time range per panel, drilldowns, Lens, Map styling, etc.)
• Small data set (~14k docs, 1-2mb) as it's bundled with Kibana (while we wait on EPM) that supports a larger time range. Ideally, something sampled.
• Elastic branding
