[ML] Embeddables enhancements

https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/64056 introduced a basic anomaly swimlane embedding to the Kibana dashboard. This meta issue lists the ideas around enhancing ML integration using embeddables.

• [ ] Implement an embeddable container to manage multiple ML embeddable widgets
• [ ] Support cells selection on Anomaly Swimlane embeddable to propagate it to the sibling widgets within the container
• [ ] Support dedicated filters per embeddable
• [ ] Add Anomalies table as embeddable
• [ ] Add action for linking to another Kibana dashboard
• [ ] Support map within anomaly charts embeddable

Note. These will be targeted over multiple release timeframes.
