[CCR] Follower Index Table does not refresh status when flyout updates showing active #68604

Kibana version: 7.8 BC5

Elasticsearch version: 7.8 BC5

Pre-requisites Set up a remote cluster that actually connects.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new follower index.
  2. Wait with the follower index flyout open for about a minute (depending on network speed)
  3. After that time has passed, the flyout will update showing the follower index has gone from paused to active.

Expected Bhavior The table should also update saying that the follower index is active.

Actual Behavior The table continues to show paused no matter how long you are on the page. You have to refresh to get the table to update.

I just verified this behavior still exists in master. Related to https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/63765.
