Dev Tools/Console and timestamp conversion #76050

Describe the feature: For the most part, Kibana will translate the UTC timestamp that Elasticsearch holds into a local one based on the browser's timezone. However, as seen in https://discuss.elastic.co/t/timezone-issue-in-get-api/246462, this does not happen in Dev Tools, which is a bit of a break in user expectations.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: I wanted to raise this one to see if there might be a way we can improve this behaviour, some thoughts are;
