Canvas: Set default refresh settings for the canvas

Describe the feature: Specific to canvas. Allow an admin to set the default refresh settings themself and for all other users

Describe a specific use case for the feature: At this time, the "Change auto-refresh interval" needs to be set every time the user goes to the canvas screen. If they leave said canvas and go back to it, the refresh settings are removed again

It would be nice for that user to create a default that stays the same every time they go to that canvas.

Adding to that, it would be nice for an admin to set the default refresh settings for all users. Users can change it but at least the default has been set

Usecase for this: We are creating a Canvas that will be used as a SOC main screen. New alerts show up on the Canvas, when the analyst sees a new alert, they know they need to triage said alert.

As in, analysts will always keep an eye on this screen. We want those analysts to feel confident the Canvas is constantly updating for them, that they do not have to remember to turn on refresh

Closing this for the time being as we are not prioritizing usability enhancements for the editing experience of Canvas. We can reopen this in the future if our priorities change.
