@ryankeairns I know we have some time next week to start talking through a consistent approach to promote features in higher license tiers, but as part of this effort, we should also think through downgrading. This is common for trials, but also applicable to clusters who downgrade their license. How do you feel about adding this flow to part of that initiative?

Kibana version: 7.10
Describe the bug: When a user is operating in degraded mode following the expiration of a Platinum trial license, the messaging is inconsistent across various Kibana apps which makes it difficult for the user to understand that they must revert to Basic or upgrade to Platinum in order to continue. For example:
Expected behavior: There should be consistency in messaging across apps when a trial license is expired and the user has not yet reverted to basic in license management. It should be clear to a customer what steps they need to take next in order to continue using X feature.
