[Fleet] [Logs Integration] Can we add a 'refresh' button to the Fleet Logs integration view?

Describe the feature: It requires a user to fiddle with the data picker or other option or refresh the whole web page to get new logs to load in the Fleet UI where the logs integration is included. It is an amazing feature regardless, but if we had this added to the Logs side component I bet a lot of folks would appreciate it.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Good UX for allowing users to see new logs!

see screenshot: I added in a possible location that would make sense to me, but we can ask the UX folks and almost anywhere it goes would be helpful to have it. :)
