monitoring page does not clearly document how the filebeat approach works to ship the logs to the monitoring cluster #92973

Especially point 2 is not clearly differing between legacy monitoring settings versus the new approach to monitor with metricbeat.

Mentioning there setting xpack.monitoring.collection.enabled is the legacy monitoring approach: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/collecting-monitoring-data.html However the new approach of collecting monitoring metrics is with metricbeat, https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/configuring-metricbeat.html but this is not reflected in point 2 so it should be considered to rephrase this part to not be too amiguous.
